           1) Remind me/us of your brand’s industry (Perfume, Beauty, Apparel, Beverage, Electronics, Housewares, Sports/Outdoors, Luggage/Travel)?

My industry is is a custom sneaker companies where you get to custom your own sneakers based on painting and drawing your sneakers to produce various colorways instead of spending hundreds of dollars in order to buy the same style of sneakers with a different color.



           2) What is the main product and name of the competition’s brand?

The Competition Brand is ."Nike By You" from Nike and their main products is athletics footwear and clothing, but we're only focusing on their shoes.



          3) What is the motivation of the competition’s  brand (does it respond to a need or desire)?

The motivation of the competition's brand is that they always want to have way forward to expand it's focus of design and manufacture of the products in which Nike had always exceeded to the consumer and the brand itself.



           4) What are three perceptions of the competition’s brand (use emotional adjectives like “sporty” or “delicious” or “exciting”?

The three perceptions of Nike's brand is stylish, innovative and outstanding.

                The look of the Nike's brand is that it has a swoosh symbol in which it have the wing of Nike and the Greek Goddess of Victory. The font of the Nike's brand is Future in which is a geometric san-serif typeface in which it produces geometric shapes from the letter.



           7) What is the main message of the competition’s brand (similar to “love people, love beer”)?

The main message of the companies brand is "Just Do It", "Bo Knows" and "There is No Finish Line"



           8) What are the demographics of the competition’s target audience (Google search “demographics of nike products”)?

15-55 years old men, women and kids

           9) Where and how would the competition’s target audience experience your brand (tv commercial, print ad, etc.)?

Nike attract their customers through celebrity's endorsement, social media, advertisement and sport's sponsorship.


10) In your own words, compare your brand to the competition. How will your brand be different? How will it improve from the competition’s?

My brand will be different from Nike because Nike does the custom sneakers for customers meanwhile my company will distribute sneaker kits to many sneaker stores in order for customers to customize for themselves as however as they want. I think it'll improve because since Nike will be a role model for my company, it'll learn the risk and the goals towards making these product successful and satisfying for these customers.
